ANNUAL PEST PROGRAM

Wise / Chem Safe Pest Control offers an exclusive treatment which we call our "Annual Service". This service includes general crawling insects (roaches, crickets, spiders, carpenter ants, scorpions, fire ants, Pharaoh ants, Cornfield ants, Pyramid ants, Honey ants, Acrobat ants, rodents, fleas and ticks). It does not cover flying insects or wood destroying insects such as termites. This service is for one (1) year period and can be renewed annually.

Our Annual Service includes the following:

1. Free Inspection to identify your pest control needs.
2. Comprehensive initial service utilizing various baits, dust, and other products on the interior and exterior of your home.
3. Subsequent treatments will be performed on the perimeter of your home every other month.

TERMITE PROTECTION PLAN

Wise / Chem Safe Pest Control offers another exclusive treatment called the "Termite Protection Plan". This plan includes a preventive treatment and guarantees against infestation of subterranean termites for one (1) year This service is renewable annually. Wise / Chem Safe Pest Control is not responsible for repair or damages incurred from subterranean termites.

ORNAMENTAL PROGRAM

WIse / Chem Safe Pest Control's Ornamental Program is designed to keep your shrubs, vines, small garden trees, and flower beds free from all insects, disease and fungus. We also provide nitrogen and iron for those plants that are deficient taking the yellowing out of any plant, tree, or shrub. Another major benefit from the Ornamental Program is that it will help control most flying insects (i.e. mosquitoes & gnats). This program will consist of a minimum of four (4) treatments throughout the growing season.
